The hair check
Thinning, shedding and breakage need different answers
Five short questions find the guide that fits. No diagnosis.

Tell us your goal and a little context. We turn supplement research into a clear plan: which ingredients make sense, why, how much and when, before any product enters the picture.

Before comparing products, we help you name what you're seeing. Medicines, supplements, procedures and everyday care are weighed separately, and a plan can contain no supplements at all.

More goals, one at a time
Each goal goes live only when its research is complete: no filler pages, no speculative stacks.
SoonMind & Sleep
Falling asleep, staying asleep, focus and mental fatigue: measured separately, because the evidence is separate.
SoonLongevity
Physical function, independence and risk markers: broken into outcomes you can actually measure, not a vague promise.
SoonFitness
Strength, mass and recovery are different outcomes. We keep them apart so one ranking never hides another.
Our standard
How to read our labels
Five labels. No fake precision.
The plan is written before we know whether a product pays a commission. These rules hold for every goal, guide and answer.
No. We explain what the research shows and turn it into an understandable plan, but we don't diagnose. When a situation needs a clinician (sudden shedding, patches, pain, or a medical condition), we say so clearly.
No. Your plan is built from ingredients, forms and amounts before any product is shown. You can use what you already own. If we ever link to a product, the disclosure sits right next to the link.
Because sometimes that's the honest answer. A plan can have zero, one or several components. We never pad it to look complete, and popular ingredients don't get added by default.
Each option is labelled by how it should be read for your goal: core option, conditional, limited evidence, other outcome, or not for your context. Evidence for a single ingredient and evidence for a combination are kept separate.
Conclusions are versioned. When one changes, we know which guides and plans depend on it, and we explain what changed and why.
Hair is live first. Sleep & mind, healthy ageing and muscle & recovery follow. Each one goes live only once its research is complete and the pages have been checked against it.
